So we just purchased our first Popup.
    A 2013 Palomino 2104.

We are lifelong tent campers, so this is a step up in comfort.
    Family of 5 (Boy 13, Girls 10, 7)

Will be taking it out the first time next weekend to local (hour away) state park.

Trying to go through our camping stuff now and see what we "Need" that we don't have. We're pretty set for tent camping already so most everything will transfer.

No questions yet, but I'll come back when I do.

Welcome from East NY State. You will find that the tent stuff will transfer well....with the extra room you will odd to what you take.
There was a period when I owned a TR7 and it pulled a homemade trailer that we tented, for us it always seemed to rain or the bugs attacked us(dreaded no-see-us on the Florida Keys).....the pup is much better and seems to keep the bugs outside. [CP]

Welcome from Korea! We went from tents to trailers, too.
Just think tent camping at first, and figure out what you need while you are camping.
It's easier, and your "needs" will change over time as you adjust your camping style to having a trailer.
Click on the little camera next to my profile and I have photo albums of camping before and after our trailer(s). You'll see the difference! [LOL]

Welcome from Central IL. I don't know where in IL you are from, but there is a rally already planned at Morainne View State Park near Bloomington for next weekend if you are interested.

Welcome. Your family will have so many good memories in the camper. Much nicer and easier than tent camping. [A]

Congrats! We are another tent to pop up family. We are even 2013 Palomino owners, but we have a 4100. We love ours! Enjoy.
