    Hi all
From Rockwood, Me - Moosehead Lake area. Just got our very first camper yesterday and thought I had watched and read everything I could and was prepared - not. Now with camper actually sitting in yard feel overwhelmed. Hubby went out and could hear beeping coming from camper but was pouring so didn't want to open up so double checked gas was shut off and unhooked battery and it stopped. Hopefully tomorrow will be clear so can open and check things out - any suggestions where to start? So happy to have found this group. Sure we'll be back on a regular basis for advice. Tx in advance Rosie

Welcome to the Portal from South Carolina. Drop by "Introduce Yourself" so the members get to know a little about you. Fill in your "Signature" with tow vehicle and camper, which is helpful for members when answering questions.

Beeping is probably the CO detector and your battery needs charging.

    Hello and welcome from Minnesota!

Yup, the beeping is usually a dying battery issue.

Welcome from the West Virginia mountains.
The C0/ propane detector will drain a battery, and the beep is what you are hearing. Warning you of low voltage

TX everyone. Back again as already frustrated doing our first setup in our driveway. Can't make the door come together . The person ran thru the whole setiup with us when sowe bought it two days ago so know it should work. The two bubbles are level. The top door is not sitting correctly on lower portion to be able to latch together. Been trying for over an hour to figure out. Bottom door looks out of scue now cause we've been fiddling with leveling trying to figure out ugh. Help.

We tried lowering but it's like not sliding onto slot of lower door like it should and causes top plate to push out. So door isnt flat against frame. Should the black piece, weather strip?, on lower door go under or on outside of upper door?

On any one I have owned the upper door goes over the rubber. It sat so the upper door lower frame sandwiched the rubber ontop the lower door.

Well we got it latched and gave up any further setup. Think the top plate is bent as after latched bulged out along hitch uptop. TX
