Hi, well I've been camp in ng all my life having grown up in San Diego. Now I reside on Long Island NY. Last month bought a sweet 2001 Fleetwood Niagara PUP in beautiful condition. The new tan canvas won me over. I've taken it to Franconia NH once. Set up can be a challenge but I'm sure with time I'll get the hang of it.

Welcome from Dukes Fl. Make a check list for set up and take down, use it at least until it gets to be a regular routine. Congrats on the NTU unit and happy Camping

Welcome from Planet Georgia! I'll second @nineoaks2004 's suggestion of a setup/tear-down list. Personally, I can get everything set up in 20 or 30 minutes. Breaking camp takes a lot longer, though… maybe because my help evaporates, or maybe because I don't really want to leave.

Welcome from northern Virginia. Been to Franconia, NH myself, beautiful awesome place. Setup does take awhile and also depends on how much extras you bring. You do it enough you get the hang of it quick. Sometimes best to start with a checklist until you get it down to memory. Folding down unfortunately is not fun And time consuming , but part of that I think is mainly I don’t want to leave so it becomes a chore. That and the canvas is a pain in the wind so takes double the work shoving everything in. Where as setting up I’m excited to camp so goes so much faster.
