Thanks for all your suggestions.... mostly. LOL!!!
"Vegetarians" that eat fish or poultry are flexitarians. We do not eat any animal flesh, but still have some animal by-products (Cheese and honey are the only 2 we have... oh, and figs.. yes, look it up).
First Vegetarians trip coming this weekend!
Pizza is easy, especially if you have a blackstone or griddle. Get some flad bread, olive oil each side, brown both sides, add tomato sause, salt , pepper , oregano, garlic powder and some Parmigiano, add mozzarella, whatever else you want and put a blasting cap over it to melt the cheese. Done.
Lasagna, i like meatless and vegetable less. Lol. But add yellow squash, zucchini, and some garlic and you'll be happier. ( grill the vegetables first) Broccoli and garlic is good also.
Our whole family has been vegan for years. This last trip we did camping pie irons filled with (premade at home) mashed potatoes, salsa, blackbeans and corn in tortillas. We do a lot of foil packs with satan and veggies. Oatmeal on the stove for breakfast. Pancakes on the griddle the other days. We're long time tent campers, pups are new to us but were excited to explore more using the griddle that came with the camper.
So that's where Satan has been lately.
I'm going to blame that on auto correct!
I'll bet it's spicy
Grilled portobello and squash. 1 3-4" portobello per adult, remove the stem, drizzle the underside with olive oil. Salt and season, I like basil and garlic. Split zucchini or yellow squash lengthwise, roll in olive oil, salt and season. Grill over a hot fire, open side up first, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
