So, I have a 98 Coleman Seapine that runs great on ac, but when I try and run off the battery, it is completely dead. I check the fuses, all are good, I have continuity at the converter box. (It's a World Friendship 8725). Guessing I have a short somewhere, but how do I go about finding it? I was hoping to get out of town this week since I'm on vacation, but I have other issues as well.
    1) Found out the canopy bag is coming unstitched
    2) Cracks are appearing in different areas of the body

By the way, the battery is brand new and I tested it. It has great power.

Some of the questions likely to be coming your way are:
What are you trying to run?
Have you checked the battery itself?

And checked the fuse from the batt to convertor and checked all the fuses in the convertor?

in my PU there was a button that needed to depressed so 12v batt power would work the light and furnace.
It was depressed when I flipped the sink over into place. sometimes it was not fully depressed.

I had a fuse near the battery but some PUs have a little metal box that is a self resetting breaker, might check it.

Never mind, I figured it out. I bumped the relay assembly when I put in the battery and it was not connected to ground. Guessing I should bolster up the connection. Everything is working now, nothing worked before off the battery. Thanks!!

Have you checked your A/C Battery switch on the front of converter. 12 volt will not work if in A/C position.

Glad you fixed it. Just curious, with no blown fuses why did you suspect a short?
