Spent four nights here in August with my wife and 10-year old grandson. Just about the nicest state park campground I've ever stayed in. The sites are all large, fairly level, and most have electricity. Not much screening between sites, but they are fairly far away from one another. Very friendly campground hosts. Outstandingly clean and well equipped bathrooms - with free showers! Only 4 miles from the town of Custer and centrally located to all the great sites to visit in the Black Hills. I recommend it very highly!

Stayed at many of the Custer campgrounds and havnt found a bad one yet. I need to as my wife but there was a great little one back in a corner at Custer state park that was very small but super nice.
