Love your mod, but disagree with your post title! Lol

I have two kids and never set the table up inside. Those little ones do really well with more floor space!

I see what u mean now! U lose the bed space!!! my pup has a three sided dinette that can go without the table, but the bed is still there!

We bought a 12-ft Jayco 2012 Sport last year and before we took it, we had the dealer remove the 2nd table that is installed in the middle of the U-shaped couch area -- we only needed the one on the other end, and now it's so much more roomy. We'll never have the need for that extra sleeping space, and we can always use tv trays if we need extra inside eating space. We love it!

I like it! BTW, one of the reasons we like our front dinette, is because the table is removable and it makes a u-shaped living space across the nose, which actually gives our kids more room, so maybe it could be for kids after all.

Congratulations on the genius idea! I am (was?) looking to vintage TV trays to use in my little pup - but the spider tables would be more sturdy & stable. Thanks for the idea [;)]

Very nice, but from the title I was expecting deep pile shag everywhere, and crystal and mirrors all over...

Outstanding! After seeing this I have decided that I will be adding this into my camper restoration. This would free up a place to put a crate for our dog. I have a kid but we eat outside 99% of the time when camping anyway.

Thanks so much for sharing this! I would have never thought of it.

We really liked that, in our camper the water tank is under one of the dinette ( [;)]) seats.

Did you lose you tank or is it located somewhere else?

For a smaller family this would be useful as now it would fit a pack n play much better. Ours wouldn't fit in all dinettes, but this mod would have worked great in making it work. Out table previously lived outside always. Those spider tables are awesome!

Our water tank is under the floor of our Santa Fe, but the water heater is under the seat. I did have to move the water pump but that was easy.

Yeah, we really like the Spiderlegs tables. We keep another set under the couch. Traditional folding tables had to be kept in a closet, but these have such a small profile and are amazingly strong and stable.
