I just drug her home a couple hours ago from Los Angeles, 160 miles, it towed so easy, even hills in OD were no issue... I'll add to this thread as time goes on. I plan to just do maintenance and clean it up. The only things it needs is LED running/brake/signal lights, new wheels, and to figure out what to do with the rear short door....

The things not original as far as I can tell:
    Trailer light plug
    Loose carpet
    tires/wheels
    License plate

Missing a few parts for the canopy, I'll make/find what I need.

The rest is original. The po said this camper has been in the family since new, it was his uncles, other uncle, and various cousins and such.

It also has extra goodies such as pots & pans, bins, dish rack, vintage safety folding triangles, and more!

The sink and holding tank (both on the pull out) work but the pump leaks slightly (probably just O-rings)

I got it for my low-ball offer and he said yes, I was committed from then on out!!

Out the back - the wheels are smaller than stock and low on air, that's why the counter is so low. I'll either get the right wheels or just put blocks under both wheels for camping as it tows almost completely level and I have the same wheels on my old pup!!

    Rear side

Inside bunks - bungies look brand new

Great looking rig. The canvas looks good, but can be pretty brittle at that age. I have a 75 Bethany that I'm replacing the canvas as soon as it arrives. It looked ok but a little pressure and it started to rip in several places.

It started raining last night and still is, so no I didn't sleep in it nor set it up...

The canvas is nice and soft and in really good condition, it has a couple patches and a few pin holes in it. I'll read up on how to care for it properly!

Thanks all, and yes I'm excited!

I love how the kitchen pulls out to the side; it's a very clever design! Really cool camper!!

If it stops raining I'll throw in some LED's on the brake/signal/running lights so I can go camping this weekend!!

And pop-up the Starcraft and swap all the camping gear over!!

Haybale, we are going to get a lot of the rain you are now getting. They ( weather casters) say maybe 7 inches of rain...oh brother , looks like I will be swimming in overtime this week.

I want to weather proof the canvas before it gets wet.. That and I don't have room to open it as is. I have a broke pup, smashed car, and a stored car in 5 parking spots (1 2 3 4 5), the MW is in spot 2 and my TV is in spot 4. I can't move the smashed car, the broke pup, or stored car to make room to open up....

I just need an inspection done on the broke pup then I can move it....
