Looking good! Only 12,000 rivets to go! [:D]

You're going to be ready for an expedition to the Amazon with the way your rig is build. Have any idea as to the weight yet? Picked out a color for the final finish? Black will get HOT in the sun. Of course MO is a lot different than what we're used to out here, so you may not have that problem. I know that if I painted such a rig black, I wouldn't be able to touch it without thick leather gloves on between about 11am and 6pm during the summer. Heck - we drive with 2 fingers most of the summer because the steering wheel is too hot to touch until the AC kicks in.

Man that is looking sweet, I wish I had your skills. Are you going to put fenders on it? I hate to think of all of the stuff I could take along if I had that much storage.

    Yer getting there!

I'm not sure what kind of travel articulation you get out of those trailer springs, but could your inner sidewalls rub the outer walls of your lower box? Especially if you are staying with a ball hitch that on side articulating limit (probably <10 degrees) would force the trailer suspension to fully articulate. Maybe you have bumpstops limiting.

    Keep it up!

I looked at those, but with shipping from Australia, it made it more expensive than the Lock N Roll hitch. Plus my understanding is that parts are hard to come by stateside. Check out the Lock N Roll stuff at http://www.locknroll.com/ or the Max Coupler at http://www.adventuretrailers.com/coupler.html

Both are made in the USA and have product support/parts readily available,

    Good luck!
