This is my first post with picture links, hope it works. I wanted to show that there is another way to make storage behind the galley, using 2 sections of a pantry door organizer. The pictures have some detail, but if anybody has any questions, feel free to ask. We've only had our popup 2 weeks and are so excited about taking her out, but right now it is set up in the carport.

I didn't do that quite the way I wanted, but if you click on the pic, it'll take you to the webshots album where you can see the other pics. Thanks for looking.

Nice mods, Susan! Thanks for sharing. I did the hanging shelf in mine last year and love it. Hmmm, now you've got me thinking...

Very nice, very nice indeed! We used the chain and closet shelves in ours, but the door organizer and the tool bag idea......well let's just say I need to go shopping!! [LOL].

Well of course shopping for the camper was half the fun. I spent alot of time in Goodwill, other thrift stores, Big Lots, dollar stores and Wal-Mart. I even found a flat folding step stool (in traffic cone orange for road emergency uses) at my little drugstore. The pantry door shelves were $4.00 at Goodwill and like brand new with all the hardware, but I think they are around $20 at Wal-Mart. I am going to use the other 2 sections inside my grandson's closet for toys and such, just hang them right on the wall. I did put grommets in some thick vinyl (from fabric store) and ziptied this to the back of one of the shelves, because they don't have a back to them, but as you can kind of see in one pic, my husband attached a wood strip to hold things in on the other side and the aluminum strips do the same on the top and bottom sections. I just didn't want to block all my light from the window. We took everything down last night and it was easy and lightweight. Well, happy shopping :)
