I'm missing one of the pads that goes on the latch, anything specific I should replace it with? trouble coming up with the right google search term.... I have a starcraft travelstar, it has the latches that you swing and latch closed, not screw on clamps. Current pads are white.

Can you post a picture of what you're talking about?

they're talking about the rubber foam pads on the bunk door cargo latches. if you've never owned a hybrid, you won't know what they are.

Mine are a ¼ inch thick rubber just glued on. I wouldn't use foam ---compresses too much.
Even a piece of rubber mat may work.

Yeah I figure I could try to rig something up that would probably work fine enough, but was hoping to find the OEM solution or something very close.

This is a pic of my previoius TrailCruiser hybrid which shows the rubber pad the OP is talking about. Nothing special about it, just fairly rigid foam rubber glued to the latch.

Thanks for the pic, that's the type of pad I am talking about. Jayco gave me a starcraft part number 0196430, but they will not sell it to me and have directed me to my closest dealer which is an hour away.... Anyone with tips for a generic material that they've used for this would be helpful.

I would just get creative and head to the local hardware store. Surely they have something that will work.
