    A buddy found this & we made it last weekend... it was delicious!! Note: we went lighter on some of the spices...

    I was thinking it'd be easy to turn into a cajun dish also... pretty easily altered to one's liking....

    My problem is I like the peppers but cant take much of the heat.

    I should probably do that... Also, We didn't have pork steaks - I used a boneless pork roast and sliced it into chop sized "steaks" and placed them evenly around the top...

    We’ve used ham steaks too. Use what you have,or like.
