    Pineapple Sour Cream Pie

1 small pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
    8 oz.Sour Cream
1 can Crushed Pineapple (not drained)
    2 tbs. Sugar (optional)
    1 Graham Cracker Crust

Directions: Mix the first 4 ingredients, and pour mixture into the pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and/or fruit). The sugar is not necessary since the pineapple and pudding might be sweet enough.

Gave the strawberry one a try last night-took a whole 5 minutes. Strawberries were 16oz so I doubled it all and made it in the 9 inch deep dish and it was perfect---used the sugar free cheesecake pudding too. Wandering how I can modify for chocolate!!!
