Anybody have successful transactions with this company? I ordered a crank rebuild kit (they emailed some specific questions after the initial order). They only have email support and have not answered my last 5-6 emails about eta.

They seem like a mom-pop operation so I try to be lenient but lack of communication is a killer for me.

    Thank you!

Yes. A little sleepy on response. Might have to call. Two different cranks.

They don’t offer a phone number.

Yes, they have had complaints. But they usally deliver the goods. There is a covid disclosure that parts will not even ship for 1 to 2 weeks after the order. Sometimes they have to wait to get the parts then ship them out. I knever used them, but the same stuff that your are posting seems commonplace.

After multiple emails, I was finally able to just cancel the order. Went to colemanpopupparts.com and got it in 5 days.
