Our lift would not work to raise our camper. It didn't even make a sound when we moved lever. We manually cranked it up.
Today it lowered fine . We let sit maybe 30 minutes because it says to wait at least five before switching direction to see if it would lift today. Again, no sound or power.
Camper is almost two months old so probably under warranty but a quick fix at home would be easier than hitching up and taking in.
    What should we do?

Take a volt meter and check motor fuses, then switch

    Sounds like a bad switch.

We cannot find where fuse box is in camper. The manual says it is near converter but don't know what that is either. Is there a separate fuse for the lift since it is added accessory? I feel the guy who did our walkthrough/training was very nice but not familiar with popups. So thankful for you all.

Take it back for warranty, and ask for more training by a different person.
