Just ordered a Quiet Hitch from E Trailer after pricing around local and on line. It was 12 Bucks cheaper from E Trailer than Camping World. This is with freight for the same item. Sorry just a rant.

    A rant? Why?

I expect businesses to have price variations. On another day someone else may have the best price. That is why I always do a search for the best deal.

I believe it's a device that you bolt to your receiver tube after your tow bar is installed. It keeps the tow bar from banging around during travel.

I don't get the rant... you saved $12. Are you saying the local dealer should have matched the online price? That rarely happens, and why brick & mortars are going away and/or moving to only value-added service.

Both prices were on line with freight.

It bolts on and stops the ball mount from rattling around, however the first one (small bar and clamp will only work on towing 4 down, the immobilizer II will work for towing trailers etc. Looks fairly simple I think I will make on for far less than 53.00 plus shipping..

I use this and well worth $35.00...I did try to find it locally but no one carried anything like it. Was sick and tired of listening to the banging noise from the hitch. This thing works great!
