Use the cookie as a crust for an apple pie and then it's good for you! Even better add a little bourbon to the pie before you bake it

Mine is a healthier than most cookie made with oatmeal. It is not as dense as a reg. one. Out of the cast iron skillet it is about 1" thick and looks more like a pie than a cookie. If my wife wants anything done around the house she knows what to do [:D]......COOKIE!!! [CK]

Sure is such a thing..........Get rid of the chocolate. Replace the chocolate with 3 slices of thick sliced, extra greasy, pepper bacon. It doesn't get any better..................or any healthier...........than that.

When I was younger, still out of college but not settled, my buds and I would hike really hard, mostly in the White Mountains, long hard hikes. We would talk out loud about mashed potatoes, steak, Mexican food, you name it. We would purposely starved ourselves and made it such that the thought of food would make us push hard to get done.

Then we would go to a restaurant and pig out like mad. Cafe Noche in Conway, was one of our favorites. We would eat and eat and eat, then drink and drink and drink, then sleep and sleep and sleep at the campground. Those were great days. Thats what its all about.

Oddly enough, I am the same way. Nowhere near as active as you, UT, but enough that I usually come home a few pounds lighter!!
