Hi! I am new pop up camper, but not new to camping. My question is about using a large propane tank for my cook stove and lanterns as opposed to the small green cans. What type of adapter and hoses do I need? Thank you for any info

Search " bulk propane tank adapter hose". They are usually between $10 and $20.

I bought mine at Lowes, works good and sure beats using those little cans of LP, I also have an adapter to re-fill the small cans. Best way to carry the 30# tanks is in a milk crate, they are more stable when carried that way. Good Luck and happy camping

Lowes, Walmart, Home Depot and so on usually have them. You can find them in the camping section and the section where Blackstone griddles are sold.

I also I carry an adapter to fill one pounders from a larger tank.

I use a plastic foot on 30 pound tank to keep them from tipping. Mr Heater is one brand

What was the product called that you purchased? I'm not sure what it would be called to even look for.

Bulk tank adapter hose....Its a 3 or 4 ft long black hose with a brass fitting on one end and a larger plastic turn knob fitting on the other end.

PropaneGear.com sells plenty of propane adapters for RVs. Great Quality also.
