Great park, but you have to reserve a year in advance to get a site.
They're letting popups in Area 1, near the water, but don't camp there unless you have full hookups. No bathroom facilities in that area (loop).

One problem is that with all the darksides and Class A,C's, using their A/C and what else, the power is not sufficient there and went out twice this weekend for an hour or so.

Apparently, power is not a problem in the other two areas that have it.
The temps this weekend were only in the low eighties, not sure what will happen here when it gets warmer.

It's a nice park. Bathrooms are ok, not great. Location is great...Near the beaches... Close to Newport...

The bathrooms are new. They even have outdoor shower to rinse ir beach sand. The rv section are awesome. The tent are smaller. It's full hookup . Do select those. The full up hoses have been forgotten by the new construction. The only place is dump site fir drinking water. The area 1 is really good. All new paved so kids love riding bikes. The beech is close and you can ride your bikes to block island ferry and make a trip.

Have your documentation , rabbis certification and RI has a weird form for each pet . Have that filled and check in is fast. Most delay and headache is when you show up with no paper work.

We will return. Seems Thursday people start cancelling reservation made.

There is a change machine for shower but it does not warn. Just stops... On Sunday a huge farmers market is setup I inside.
