Very Quiet SP campground. Some sites have Electric, but no water on sites, also lacks on site showers.
Beautiful hiking trails, very little traffic nice for bicycle riding in the park. All sites wooded.

Been looking at that SP after seeing signs to and from Point. It is on our list to camp.

Very reasonable cost, you do need a State Park sticker, either day or annual pass. They do have some "nature" programs also. Climbing the Bluff is worth every huff and puff up the 300+ steps to the top. There are plenty of benches and rest areas on the stairs. The view is incredible at the deck on the top. Not to be missed at dawn or sunset.

Thanks for the info. We live close enought to WI to get a sticker each year. Well worth it. Really enjoy the state and county parks. So many to coose from!

Camped at Roche-a-Cri this past week. We arrived on Wed. For most of the day we had the whole park to ourselves. 1 other site was occupied in the evening. Probably got about 75% full by Friday night.

Very shaded sites. The temp was in the 70's but much cooler in the shade. Good for having a camp fire.

The petroglyphs were very interesting an easy to access. You can climb the stairs to the top of the mound to view the surrounding area. The trails were well maintained.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We did go into Friendship on Sat and found a local restaurant that had a real good breakfast. Plenty of shopping if you need to pick up any supplies.
