eh, just move the "activities" outside....preferably in the darker hours of the evening. Adds a little excitement to the festivities. Not that I'm speaking from experience or anything.. ;-) just something I heard somewhere.

I love it! Brett and I were wondering the same thing. I guess that will add to the excitement of camping even more. We are newlyweds!

Some of these comments are HILARIOUS! I am loving my new PUP community!

Ha Ha Ha, That bunk jack is the solution Xolthrax. Man, thats funny.

Snoopy, MY 10 year old would not know whats "goin on". Knows the textbook explaination of it, but would not know the act, sounds, or motion. I guess the area we live in is different than some others.

Fear of waking DKs is why we want to keep it discreet. Thats why we wait til late late night (1:00ish) or early morning (4:00ish). Possibility of waking them, is the reason for the question of this thread. Even tho they are always killed out at night. Their deep sleepers, even at home. Knowing the DKs is a good tool.

NOTE: 2 seater folding chairs don't work good for this game at all. Not as much room as you might think. Can be done, but not comfortably.

Snoopy, I went back and read your post again and I see what you were saying. I feel BAD now. "I" am the one that owes the appology. I am truely sorry I didn't catch that. I am a lite hearted person who loves to joke and kidd around. I should have seen the hunor in it. Don't know what happened. Thanks for correcting me and Im sorry you had to.

That was funny Snoopy. No kid would WANT to hear or see such a thing from their parents. Can you say "Traumatized". Man that WOULD leave a scar.

Mercman, Your right. I just got the picture of a kid with their fingers in their ears, Eyes closed tight, singing loudly "La La La La La".

BTTT: Did I mention a friend told me that maybe turning the action toward or away from the inside of the camper, instead of side to side could help alot of the shakin. Makes sense. Movement toward or away from the stablizers would not have leverage over them. Can't wait to test it.

Don't worry, Be Happy. Smiles are free and contagious.

    Hey Rock Steady...no problem.....

Good Luck with your situation.....If I am ever in WV and I see a pop-up rocking with a 10 and 14 year old with their fingers in their ears and singing "la la la la"...I will be sure to stop by and say hello....in the morning of course ;-)

make sure the kids have their walkmans, ipods, etc. on their ears and make sure you clothes pin your curtain shut... if the awaken, just tell them you were wrestling.. well, it worked for 2&3 year olds. or you can just try the bathrooms!! or before bed have a rockin without anything else contest.. then their unconcious minds will accept the motion as a regular thing and will not alarm them to wake to something new and they might pass it off as you just goofin off.just a thought...i know our pu rock just when i have the giggles...so good luck and happy camping!

Use the center of the camper. Like the couch. In this position, the camper won't bounce as much. Do it during the day. Tell the kids your cleaning and they will stay away.

Yea, That would work. Im not sure if we can get DKs to stay out. They like to be inside more than we do. I guess it would work for a brief sample.

A woman co-worker told DW that they take DKs to the lake to swim and enjoy some time (Intimatley) there. Did that when we were young, Not recently though. Hey, might be fun and bring back those dating years, huh.

Up till a few weeks ago we did not have to worry about kids....But our Daughter was killed in a car wreck May the 9th and now we have a 14 y/o grandson to raise....so it will be interesting to see how things work now with "activities".

Fergusonman, I truly hate to hear about your daughter. I am glad you two were able to step in with the grandson.
