After you take the train ride you can hang around and eat dinner at the Alpine Inn. Yummy!!

According towebsite, $28 adults. It's a two hour trip.

Time for a decision... do you still want banana bread? [CK] I can make it without nuts for MrsRoo.
Let me know... [?:~{]

Unfortunately, we are officially out---no Great Adventure for us this year. DH has a work crisis and is unable to go. He now will be traveling for business, instead of pleasure. Since this is all the PTO time I have, I'll save it for a future trip together. #unhappycamper

Lisa, I'll be in touch with you tomorrow about my site at Bluebell.

Definitely disappointed but it's life. Seems like other items are cropping up convincing us that SD isn't in the cards this year.

Last week DH found out he needs surgery, the next day the work thing came up. Then today I received an emergency call from a co-worker/friend. Left work to help her and found that the camp she runs for kids experiencing a loss is in peril due to her medical condition. I've volunteered with her before---maybe I'm supposed to be here and not in SD? When things keep happening, it makes you wonder.

That's too many signs, you definitely need/should be home. You have to listen to the angels when they are trying to tell you something. I'm sure Jay and Michelle will miss their usual card partners, you'll just have to make up for it at Sugarloaf.

Love and prayers,
Diane

Thanks Diane. Hardest part of faith is slowing down and listening sometimes--especially when it doesn't agree with your plans!

Sorry to hear about the last minute changes. This weekend is already wild for us, we have a wedding, house stuff, farm chores, Eileen has to work Sunday, and maybe a backyard camp-out with the nephews. :) (Got to get them ready for camping with the aunt and uncle you know. [;)])

I will be following closely to the photos and updates... There will be photos and updates right? (We will also want to steal your notes when we go in the next few years)
