We went to setup the trailer at the campsite last Thanksgiving and found the crank system was no longer functioning. Luckily we had friends that actually brought their tools, I was slightly embarrassed when my wife went and asked for help because I couldn't get it up long story short, we were able to remove the cross pin on the crank tube and with a couple extensions got a socket on and I was then able to erect it.

    2000 Coleman Fleetwood, Sante Fe.

Where do I find the parts I need to replace or is there a fix I can do? I am handy but this looks like it's an integral part without option to rebuild. Has anyone else found a work around??

Year, make and model would help. Most folks wouldn't know to find it on your profile page.

Tough to repair if you don't have a clear understanding of how your lift system is intended to work. Start by downloading & reading through the appropriate lift system repair manual.

Since your 2000 Santa Fe is an orphan finding the correct parts can be a challenge. Coleman Popup Parts does have some ...

    I might not need parts...
It turns but won't engage the mechanism inside the gear box. I've got it apart now and looking at it, there just seems to be a disconnect between the tube to the inside shaft.
    Any ideas??
