Hadn't noticed any runners yet, just curious...
we are here.
DW has 25 marathons and I have 32, includes 3 Boston Marathons.
Mrs.RockyRoo has a few 5k's under her belt and working on more
I run because the US government says I have no choice if I want to remain a Sheep Dog.
So get maybe 25 miles a week, have run the Vegas and few few other halfs. I do not run while camping.. I'd rather wake up early to make coffee and grumble words of anti-encouragement to anyone who cannot take a break for a few days
I think you should be right beside her on those 5k runs...........dooohhhhh.
I occasionally run, when I was in the Navy I ran a few 5k's for charities and such. now I just go for a run for no other reason.
Oh, I definitely should, and one of these days maybe.
Yeah they've got me doing the same thing. It's a good thing I really enjoy it. I don't have anything scored for a run over a 10k. I have a couple of 32 mile in 12 hour or less adventure races under my belt. I've just never ran a really long race.
I made my wife do a Tough Mudder with me..
That's her at the far end of the platform at 2:01 staring down after I jumped in
And we are still married!
Love it! We are a sporty family too...husband runs, every breathing opportunity that is available (he may wear running clothes under his suits) teen daughter runs, and competition cheer...they are both fast and wanted the Christmas tree to be adorned in those medals (must google that image, it didn't happen here!). I 'ran' just to catch those that fled (occupation unveiled). We have another preteen daughter that is training for running, but her true sport is fencing. Husband isn't 'trail runner', but would be great to meet up with other happy healthy campers at some park races or just general camping.
I've tried running but when I leave the house only to return shortly because I forgot something , I forgot I can't run
25 marathons, makes me smile, such talent . What a terrific talent and shared passion for you both, it's a Daddy daughter sport our home. I have medical issue and just cannot safely press on for long distances.
Love the tough mudder match! Hi five to your wife too!
Because Logan always captures them.
If you see me running....Might be a good idea to try and keep up....I don't scare that easy...
