If your wondering how these dimensions are possible, the overall tow length is 10 ft. The width is about a foot wider for the wheels. It has a single queen bed that folds out sideways, thus making it approximately double in width. It does not fold over the front like most other campers.

Ah yes, forgot about the QS. Most other 'modern' campers have identical layouts, in that the beds pull out the long direction. You have to typically get back to 60s or at least early 70s for the sideways config to happen, other than the QS's. Although I'm sure I'm missing some and someone will correct me lol.

@tfischer I've seen a couple of HTTs in campgrounds that have beds that extend to the sides, in addition to front and/or rear.

It’s too bad too. Krown made a model back in the day that was a side loader so to speak. Kitchen to the very front, dinette to the rear and bed out the side. I thought it worthwhile. Here’s an example:

The intechs have what you describe. However they are rarely queens.
These are nice as you can leave the vehicle attached and still open fully.
The qs8 has front and rear bunks, but they use inboard wheels.
I really like the design of the older ones, but wanted something newer.
Funny as how there are so many more people at the camp grounds nowadays...
