The passing of my Sunbeam grill this weekend. It finally quit after 17 yrs of faithful service. I am now in the market for a new grill. I'm going to miss that grilll we've been through alot together. Had it before I bought my pop-up.

I am sorry for the passing of your beloved grill. try NexGrill at Costco. It has 2 burners instead of just one like Weber does.

Check out the letgo app. We just picked up a tailgate grill (still in the box) for half of what it would cost. Good luck.

Sorry for your loss. We should all set our burners to 1/2 out of respect.

I was wondering why I could only get 1/2 a burner on the old Thermos stove last weekend.

Sorry for your loss You know the SunBeam would want you to move forward and continue to Grill without her.

Sorry for your loss. Our grills aren't just for cooking, they are part of the family. Never forget. I won't.

My same style grill lasted a long time as well... I replaced it with a COLEMAN ROADTRIP with two propane burners and never looked back haha... This runs off of 1lb Propane canister... Also has a water reservoir inside to catch all of the grease dripping and makes for easy clean up... This one all folds up for a nice roll around tote for transport and has different cooking grates to use...

I was digging around for some metal pieces in my small woods and ran across the old grill. It is still standing just inside my woods...

I'm going to be looking for another table top model. The Sunbeam is on the wire part of the table just to the left of my Coleman 413g stove IMG_20181012_080327857.jpg

Was your Sunbeam the little green tabletop one? We had one that we picked up for maybe $20 about 19 years ago. Finally retired it last year when we found a ridiculous deal on a freestanding grill at Aldi of all places... on clearance for $30. We technically still have the Sunbeam and it still works although it's seen better days. I meant to put it on Craigslist this spring but I guess I'll wait until next spring now.

I just bought a sunbeam gas grill a month ago for $20 new in box. Loved the control you have with flame over the chargriller that’s in camper now. It’ll be in camper this weekend before it gets put into hibernation.

I have a Coleman like RoyBraddy's without the travel bag. It needs a new Forever Home but I think shipping to LaLa Land would cost more than it's worth.

I hope you gave it a good sendoff, some marriages do not last that long, especially the faithful part :) I hope you get as long of faithful service out of the next one
