We went garage saling today and found this great camp kitchen, we got it for $15, not bad as they cost up to $180 New.
everything is there and work, cannot wait to use it camping next weekend.

I am jealous. You got a great bargain. When I go out to yard sales, all I ever see is junk, or good stuff that does not interest me in the least.

We are lucky, most of the time there are always great garage sales near where we live, and always plenty of camping finds

Little scores like that are always so cool. I've found all 8 of my extra propane tanks at yard sales, spent about $5 on each one.

Coming from someone who paid $150 for hers when it was on sale, I'd say that is a great find!! Enjoy it. I love mine! Word of advice though. Make sure you have a spare water carrier. You never know when the fresh water container will start to leak at the seams from the air pressure. Mine took about a year and a half. Was glad I had thought to pack a spare.

I found a 413 D at a swap meet for $10.00. The main burner has been ignited but the stove is clean and I think it was never used. My last great find was a folding Coleman table, :) but minus the 4 folding stools that fit inside when folded. [:(]

Mine was not a garage sale find, but last week I found a 10 year old Coleman lantern at a local pawn shop. It was still in the box, and had the stryofoam packing material around the globe. I put in the new mantle that was in the bottom of the box, fired it up and it was perfect!! Best 30 bucks I ever spent.

Wow, that camp kitchen is a seriously sweet find! I really need to start getting up earlier for yard sales.

The last bargain camping item I found was about 7 years ago. A Coleman propane lantern in case - brand new, never used - for $5.

Holy Crap! That's a deal. I would've jumped all over that.
A few of my friends call me the deal finder because of all of the stuff I find at yard sales and in store sales (I hardly ever pay full price for anything.) but I think you beat me with this one.

Haven't hit the yard sales here in a while - we could benefit from having one of our own! My best camping find in previous years was a Coleman 413 stove - 2 burner, but a bit larger than our other 425s (correct #?). We usually only use it on the yearly church camping trip, when DH & I fix a chili dinner for the group, but it sure is handy for that.

I just got a PETT toilet tent on ebay, though it has yet to arrive. I really haven't been burned badly on ebay, so I hope it is as described and pictured. I've been looking for one for a while, got outbid a few times, but this one came through over the weekend. Under half the price of any deals I've seen on a new one, actually about a third of the price of any I've seen except for an "open box" deal, and not much more (including shipping) than the cheapest "shower" tents I've found locally. Since I'm not planning on using the tent on every trip, I was happy to bide my time in finding a good deal.
