I know this is the introduction page, but.... I've been on the portal for 10 years. We've loved our pups during that time and have gone a lot of places over those years. As time has gone on, more and more places have bears, even places we tent camped 30 years ago. While this is a good thing, it is a bit of a pain to have to pull even our toothpaste out of the pup at night. Also, on our way back from the Smokies we were afraid of packing wet canvas, as we were staying at a motel on our way back, to avoid popping up. Fast forward a couple of months, and we are pulling a 21-foot Rockwood MiniLite from the dealer to our first night out in it. Since then we have been on three trips before putting it to bed for the winter. It has less sleeping capacity than our old Niagara, but it is great leaving the night before, going to camp walmart, and getting almost a whole day extra, by arriving early. April 20th, dw and I start as campground hosts through October.
