Is what is on there now.

it is far time to have these replaced.

when i search for these tires i usually get the C rated 1360lb tires instead of the D rated.

oh, and i should get radials over plys right?

what i found was tire rack had the c rated tires and then i bring them over to NTB to have them installed for about $15.

I could buy them from pepboys or premounted from amazon.

    any ideas. Thanks

How heavy is your camper? The c and d load eange is for weight? I like radials for highway driving, some still like the bais. So thats up to you. Next you need to look at the speed rating. Most are higher now, so you would want those.

I ordered Carlisle D load online in that size, not an issue. Installed locally.

Thank you...I was trying to find these locally and just went to PEPBOYS. What a mistake. They quoted me a really cheap price but the quote had no tire size and when I looked it up online it was just a mess without any specific detail. I like the easy pre-rimmed tire, pre-balanced all I have to do is just put them on, but then I will have the old wheels to deal with--environmentally responsible? But I am torn and leaning toward the easy way out.

The tire dept. at PEPBOYS said you don't want to put radials on a trailer ( popup)?

Go to a real tire place, lol. And dont bring anything back to pep boys. Most people go with the radials now, especially for highway driving, less heat, better tracking, etc. This equals less blow outs. Some like there basis tires, there older technology, and there better for dirt roads, rocks etc. But you can get whatever you want. Just make sure all 3 tires match. You dont want to run a bais and a radial at the same time.

My "new" camper has the same size tires that are 4 yrs old and im thinking I might need to replace them also. I'll be following to see what it's suggested.

Try the 185/80/13, more selection and only slightly larger. I got mine on Amazon 4 years ago and will do so again after this year.

If you have Discount Tire in your area, I can't recommend them highly enough. They will price match anybody and the customer service is excellent.

IF you opt for tire and wheel combo from an online reseller, I would still take them somewhere and have them balanced. Balancing for most tire/wheel combos means they put the heavy side of the tire 180 degrees from the heavy side of the wheel and call it good.

I still dont know what I will do the the old wheels....Wondering if I should just get the tires and have them mounted and balanced on the existing wheels....NTB doesnt carry the D load rated tires. https://trailersetgo.com/store/rainier-st175-80r13-lrc-radial-on-13-5-lug-white-spoke-assembly

Can NTB order the D load rated tires? If not, and that's what you want, it's online time.

I use my old ones as winter storage tires, swap them around the same time I swap the vehicle tires..

One last thought, i should probably buy 3 tires so i can have a spare.
I am going to call ntb and tire rack to see if they will mount tires that i dont buy from them.

Are you getting the D load rating from the "80D13" in the size? If so, that D means its a bias ply tire, not the load rating. You don't say what pop up you are towing, and many are light enough for C load-range tires (2700# capacity with two tires)
