hvac1877, I made that lasagna recipe in our DO over the weekend and it came out great! It was also my first time using the DO. In a 12" DO it looks like room to add more lasagna, sauce, etc to it so it will serve more. Any thoughts on how full one should get a DO?

When I started with my sons boy scout troop, I told them to come up with a menu that did not involve ramen everyday. They asked what they could include, and I said anything you want. They thought they would be sarcastic and said steak & baked potatoes one night and lasagna the next. They were sure shocked when I agreed! Ramen was never included again after that trip!
