Hitch height of the trailer is 23", "off road" trailers sit high. Shocking I know.
Hitch on the F250 is 16", flipped my 5 1/4" ball mount over and I think it will be just right. :D

I'm used to the TV being lots taller than the trailer.
Went to buy another hitch after getting the measurements and then remembered that I had one, and only needed to flip it.
I usually only remember stuff like this AFTER I buy another one.

Glamour shot, because I brought it home with the work truck.
Had to mount my brake controller (done) then get an extension cord for the 7 pin connector as the one on the trailer was too short.
No camping this weekend, wife is working. Hoping to go next Friday night.

Nice trailer and nice tv. Is that a 4Runner TRD in Calvary Blue?

Yes it is, took a few months to find one.
Well, I found some but wasn't paying $5K over sticker.

That is the neighbor's house, she lives in FL full time and we take care of the place when she's not here.
In return, I get a place to park stuff, a garage to use that I keep bikes in when I'm not riding and we always have a place to stay for free in FL.
I usually shuffle a car or two out of the driveway just to keep folks guessing if anyone is home or not.

Driveway camping. I'm going back to work and my wife and daughter wanted me to set it up.
Converter fan is running, I could hear it when I unchocked the wheels to move it.
Double checked that nothing was turned on, have the PUP plugged into shore power now, and the fan is still running.
Think its just charging the battery though...I guess.
Built in stereo is a POS, can't get it to connect to anything. Bluetooth, aux, or USB. I could care less but the girl child was trying to hook her phone up to it.
Priced the bike rack attachments that go on the factory cross bars, they sure are proud of them.
About $700 for a pair and the mounting kits, so I'll never own those. I can get a good roof rack for the 4Runner for that much.

Our house isn't awful either, if I leave here I'll go to east TN or northern AZ.

We just took delivery of the rockwood 2280esp and absolutely love it. We got it for some as the same reasons such as clearance and ability to go over rougher terrain. Plus the color screams badass. Lol. We had optional AC installed and got the shower/toilet too. The optional solar hook up is nice too.

My wife is from there, she'll be back visiting her sister next week.
I get enough snow in WV to do me. Can't stand the cold anymore.

I'm going to see how it is without A/C for a bit. If we need it, I'll have it put on.

Need to look into what I need to install some good solar panels, thinking I want to be around 200 watt and don't know if I'll have to change anything in the PUP to do that.

    Hmmm
    https://www.floridastateparks.org/park-activities/Bahia-Honda#Camping-Boat

Bayside (sites #73-80) is the smallest campground with only eight sites. All sites in this campground are NON electric. There is a vehicle height restriction of 6 feet 8 inches. Your vehicle must be able to go under the new Bahia Honda Bridge to access this campground. All sites have a picnic table, grill and water. Campers have a small restroom nearby and can use of the bathhouse with hot showers in the Buttonwood campground which is one-half mile away.

Stereos on these things are horrible. I’m going to replace mine on my HTT soon. Fortunately, there’s plenty of space for me to work with.

Can’t you just order regular bike mounts? I had a pup with factory crossbars and I ordered something like these: https://www.amazon.com/SportRack-Elite-Upright-Bicycle-Carrier/dp/B00C44NE2Q

This stereo is beyond horrible, it's essentially non working.
It doesn't pick up radio stations, none of the aux inputs work. At all.
BT, aux, USB, and HDMI. I've tried different sources and nothing hooks up.
Now, I could yank this thing out, have my kid toss it into the air and I could blast it with a shotgun.
Which may be the eventual outcome. But first, I want it fixed or replaced. For no other reason than I just bought this thing and everything should work in it.

I have not even looked at the bike mounts yet, those do look like they could be made to work. Thanks for the link.
They are probably the same thing Forest River sells for nearly $300 each, plus $39.99 for the mounting kit.
I may just get a double tube hitch receiver, as I already have a hitch rack.
Or, take a look at the rear bumper and spare tire mount. Because I have a spare tire mount bike rack too.

Without a closer inspection I'm going to guess that the rear bumper and mounts are about the same weight as a Coors Light can and barely hold their own weight.
If that is the case I'm not hanging a few thousand dollars worth of mountain bikes on them.

Totally agree, they should fix the stereo on principle alone.

You’ll find the rear bumper undersized and unreliable for a bike rack. That’s why I used the roof mounts. There are a lot of different “grades” of rooftop bike mounts out there. Some are really flimsy also. Buy ones you feel comfortable with.
