    Oh darn. I didn't know this meant you'd have to be a band family longer! Kidding of course. Congrats on the good trip and the good performance. :)

    (Our fall camping season is pretty much dead from band, too. Luckily kid #2 is planning to stick with piano!)

    We bought the camper this summer, so planning was not quite as good. Hopefully next year, I can plan better...in fact, I am already looking at dates when I can take trips. The only issue is to be able to reserve sites exactly when I need them. For the most popular places, I will see if I can be there during weekdays, which may give a better chance. Looking at couple of NPs on the west, most of them release their sites six months ahead on a rolling basis!
