We are selling our popup as we have gone dark. We are the original owners of a 2000 Coleman Santa Fe. We are asking $1100. If you live in the western New York area and are interested let me know and we can arrange a meeting. Pros: canvas and screening in very good condition; dinette cushion foam replaced 3 years ago; king mattress foam replaced 5 years ago; inside stove used maybe 6 times in 20 years; outside 3 burner stove works; cabinets in good condition; 2 drawers with slides added; installed shelf in king bunkend, electric works, battery in case and propane tank included in price. Includes the attached Dometic cabana screen room. Also throwing in a bunk end reader and a fan with light that are made for the popup. Cons: the fridge hasn't worked for 3 years, we don’t know if the water works as we have never used it. The most significant issue and why the price is set low is the Coleman ABS roof is starting to experience the expected cracking. If the roof was in good repair the price would be at least triple. See here for common fix - https://www.grizzlygrip.com/camper-top-repair. This roof is three layers. The outside layer is the ABS with some cracking, which we have repaired with Eternabond RV roof sealant and leak repair tape. The middle is hardened foam, the inside layer is the ceiling. There are no cracks in the ceiling or the foam. There have never been leaks from the cracks because of the triple layers. The roof has no wood to decay. I included a couple pictures with the repairs and one picture of camping from July 2019. We bought a Trailer because the set-up and take-down were too much for us after 21 years.
