Thanks Rusty!!! It looks like we "own" the loop now (except for the host over in #43). I'll update the map.
Sherry, I hope you can make it...you're one of the Spring Opener originals!!!! Just tell Michael to think of the rally as a motivation for getting the roof done!!!

EileanT and I just reserved Site 2. We should have the 12V system sorted out by then, but why take chances.

    Popupsteve,
Looking at your latest site map, I don't see my name anywhere. I actually have site C10 reserved.

Jason - don't forget to pack the mountain bikes ! French Creek has some pretty decent trails, and you can ride right out of the camp loop.

    Hey everyone!!!

I just checked the Campground Reservation system, and I've found that there are a number of a few Electric sites still open.

Sites 1, 45 & 46 are Electric sites that are unreserved.

Sites 39, 40, 41, 42 and 47 are ADA (handicapped accessible) Electric sites that are unreserved, but being held within the reservation system for ADA customers. Once all other sites are reserved, they have always opened them up for non-ADA customers. You might have to call the park directly to get them if you are not an ADA qualified customer.

If you're brave, well prepared or crazy (like me), there are plenty of non-electric sites open throughout the loop.

    Cheers!!!

Any site can be made electric with the right amount of extension cords....

Let's see, it's about 120 miles to the park from my house, 5,280 feet in a mile, 100 feet per extension cord. I think I need to make a Wal-Mart run.

Just a quick bump to bring this to the top, and give everyone an update on the reservations...:

I wimped out and moved over to Site #1 with electric. Site #11 in now among the non-electric sites that are still reservable.

Electric Sites still available are: #45
ADA Electric Sites still available are #39, 40, 41 and 42. These are usually reservable to anyone after the last non-ADA electric site has been sold, but you'll have to call the reservation center.

TONS of non-electric sites are still open...

After the Holidays, I'll start organizing details, such as requests for supplies like tables, welcome gifts, etc... Feel free to post or PM me with ideas!!!

    Until then... HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!! [:D]

Bev and would like to come, but we want elec., and need a pet site as our sitter is not available that weekend. If anyone is going to cancel, or the ADA sites come available (they are pet friendly????) Please let me know.

I reserved site 42 a few weeks ago. I did not realize you were having a rally, so I guess I picked the right weekend. I have Friday and Saturday reserved. [:D]
