Alas, no. By this time tomorrow, I should be there, finished setting up and sitting by a campfire, though. So, it's only a matter of hours.

OMG it happened again. Wednesday afternoon my car was sitting in the driveway with no transmission. After work (4:30pm) I drove from Rockville, MD to Long Island, NY to get a new transmission and bring it back. Got in at 4:15am. Then after going to work Thursday, I put the transmission in. Finished at 2:15 this morning. I'm going home tonight and getting packed (since I haven't had time) and hopefully we'll be on the road by about 6:00, getting there around 8:30. Since it was doubtful we'd be going as late as Wednesday last night, DW is frantically getting food together and getting the kids packed. Hopefully they'll be ready when I get home and we can drop the trailer and go. See ya there (if everything holds together.)

What a perfect day. Most everyone is here at this point, just waiting for a few last minute arrivals. This weekend promises to be the best so far this year. Today it got up to 75 and it's going down to about 44 tonight. Perfect sleeping weather.

You must post pictures as soon as you can so those of us stuck at work for the entire weekend can enjoy it too!

We're here and it is a beautiful weekend for camping. Not as warm as yesterday, but sunny just the same.

Yup, tonight everyone has their heaters running and their heated mattresses on, if they are lucky enough to have them. Dinner was great and the communal campfire was a blast. As always, the weekend was too short.

Another great rally. After we left we took the kids to Hopewell Forge and toured the whole site. The Ranger gave them a scavenger hunt sheet and we spent the rest of the day going through the buildings and tricked them into learning something, also counts toward their homeschooling.
