I’m in the process of repairing the wood underneath the roof due to water damage. In the process, I had to remove the styrofoam that serves as the support from the transition between the roof and the rear section of the roof. Hope that makes sense. Looking to find a place that sells speciality styrofoam.

The styrofoam has a curved back, to match the aluminum roof curve. The inside portion of the styrofoam has grooves running the length of the foam. I’m sure pictures would help and will try and get some to get a better visual.

If I were looking for a large curved piece of styrofoam, I would check with a store that sells TVs etc. Most of them are packed well with styrofoam. My next option would be expanding spray foam insulation. Spray foam can be cut and shaped after it stops expanding
