    Having made reservations through the website a few times, I called today to move-up a week.
    The representative (Rachel) was helpful and while I expected to pay a change fee, there was none.
    Having called before, I expected another smooth experience, and got it!
    I had to step away from phone a few times for business and she remained and brought everything through just fine.
    I got the confirmation e-mail, and everything is just peachy.
    I told her about this portal and she'd never heard of it until today.

    A good experience.
