Thinking of you and waiting for updates. Get well!
Wayne, we're checking in daily, hoping to hear from you soon. I understand the weather has been terrible (tons of snow) in the Boston area and your family may have not been able to get your computer to you yet. Just know we are still here praying for you and sending good thoughts. We hope you are out of ICU and on the road to recovery.
Love and prayers,
Pulling for you!
Hope the surgery went well, Wayne. Thinking of you every day!
Wayne, you are still in my daily thoughts and prayers. I sincerely hope your recovery is progressing as expected.
With love and prayers,
Still thinking of you, Wayne.
adding more prayers for Wayne... <3
Wayne, I truly hope you are on the road to recovery and you have been so busy flirting with the nurses, you haven't had time to log in.
Love and prayers,
We are still here Wayne, praying for you!
Does anyone have a way to contact Wayne or his family and see if he is ok?
Gosh Rocky, my heart skipped a beat when I saw this thread up. I reread his entire thread awhile back and checked out his blog. He was originally at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center but had his transplant surgery at Tufts Hospital. His full name is Wayne Newcombe and that's all I could find. I think of him daily and still pray for him. His dog, Summer, is probably still waiting for him...
It sure would be nice to know how he's doing.....
I am sorry to say this, but Wayne passed March 15. Our thoughts go out to his family.
Hope you are riding your sidecar in the sky with your Golden gal Brandy, reunited once again. You will be missed.
Thank you so much for updating us. We are grateful to have had the chance to be here and support him along his journey. Wish we could have done more.
Love and prayers ALWAYS! He shared his life and struggles, we shared our love and support. GOD SPEED, WAYNE, we will miss you.
Sorry to hear that, he is missed
I am sorry to hear of this, I imagine I am not the only one who "followed" but did not post. I hope he can camp year-round in heaven and his dogs are off-leash all the time.
I had hoped that he would make it to a transplant and renewed health. He is now in a better place. God bless him.
