"My little bubble boy...." The bubble boy's father is Bill Murray's brother, and he actually wrote the screenplay for Caddyshack.

ha this is cool AND funny.
However I'm not entirely sure of the point exactly. If you're at the beach as they are in one of the pictures wouldn’t you want to be in the sand, hear the water and smell the sea air? Instead of from "safely" inside a bubble? LMAO

    kinda goofy [LOL]

This reminds me of an old joke. A guy walks into a psychiatrists office wrapped in nothing but cellophane. The psychiatrist takes one look and says I can clearly see your nuts. [:O]

Hmmmm.....I kinda like to zip down the windows when it gets warm......or even on a nice cool July mountain night and let that mountain air in. You would roast in that thing on the beach or anywhere else.

What happens if someone rips one in the middle of the night?

All around not a good idea...wonder how many they'll sell? Especially at that price.

Over 9 grand for a piece of plastic and an air pump?? Who do they think they are fooling??? For that price you could buy yourself a fine PUP and have money left to camp with!!

People who camp in clear bubbles, shouldn’t throw stones and shouldn’t take showers either.

I'll go against the grain to a point on this one. As someone who spent a few years in my much much younger days hiking and sleeping under the stars in nothing but a sleeping bag I could see a definite upside to something like this. You would still have that sleeping in the outdoors feel but with a little protection from those late night rainstorms and smaller critters. Of course it would have to be scaled way down in size and I assume weight, and have some type of rechargeable pump to use in the wilderness, and of course the price would have to be severely modified to make it practical.

Is the furniture optional or does it come standard? You'd need a Uhaul just to get all that crap to where ever you were going.

[LOL] Love The Far Side implication! [}:)]

Reminds me of the Lowe's outdoor Christmas bubbles with snow swirling inside and fogging up with any hot air -- which brings about another cartoon in my head!
