Just watch for the occupants if the TV and see if their shins are busted up and greasy or just plain busted up with no grease...

If I would see that truck, I would figure either a Proctologist is driving it or a "turn your head and cough" type of doctor. [LOL]

Guess that would end that debate on whether you want it greased or not. [;)]

I've been waiting for this thread to take this type of turn. You can only talk about grease & balls before the inevitable.

I don't have one, it sits in the garage when home, and I lock the drawbar in the tongue of the camper when out to keep it off the ground and out of the way.

My hitch and its ball come off shortly after I'm done towing, and get placed into the RamBox (along with so much other "necessary" truck / 4x4 / camping stuff). This is because, in typical suburban fashion, my shortbed crewcab only BARELY fits in the Garage after kissing the front bumper to a roll of carpeting at the front wall. And the tow hitch would catch the Garage Door on the way down...

And, no... I don't grease it... That just attracts sand and grit...
If your Trailer's Coupler won't slide over/off your Hitch Ball, then you either have the wrong-sized Ball or you need to roll your TV forward/backward a tad in order to relieve pressure...

    Nothing special. Nothing boring, either.
