We were only there once. We chose D15 because we had a canoe we wanted to keep an eye on. It backed nicely to the woods where the walk in tent sites are, there is also a road on the side that people using the walk in sites use. We would have preferred one closer to the water, but the place was pretty full. As I remember the A loop was the most open.

For future readers, I found all sites to be almost identical. It may be a matter of convenience such being closer to the pond if you have a boat of playgroung if you have kids/grandchildren.

Thanks. It's on our "To visit" list. A friend said we'd enjoy kayaking through the cypress.

Very quiet considering size of campground. Many have their own kayaks. Also, rentals are available. If on foot, several good hiking trails.
