    If the a/c works, that's worth $500 - $600 alone.

    I've seen some absolutely amazing transformations around here. Pop ups are easier to transform than travel trailers. Make some individual threads or a rebuild thread for it and I'm sure you'll have plenty of help. :)

    Removed the vinyl flooring from the cargo department and found black mold. Also removed the plywood veneer that was wet and swelled. Now that I can see what needs to be done will be adding a hardener to the particle board floor and MDB walls then I will seal it in and waterproof everything. This time though I will be adding a drain hole so water can't stand if it does get in there.
