I can't tell from your pictures if they have the brace installed that is to prevent sagging. There should be a brace running across the ceiling. They look like this.
Hello - yes, there is bracing on the roof, however, I suspect it needs additional bracing around the AC unit itself
You might have to remove the A/C to add the additional bracing so that the roof is in the proper position. Otherwise you will have to lift the A/C up to set the brace properly. My Coleman has one on either side of the A/C.
