Alright key item showed up today!!!!
Lock n roll is awesome! They got this out quick!
Called my dad up to come watch the kids while I got to work! Got the hitch welded on nothing special.
    Than!
Test drive time!!!! Did quite a few laps around the neighborhood. Got the e brake controller set. Off to the freeway! Braking was great pulling was great! Hit 85 mph zero pull, sway, or serious issues!!!
    Stoplight photo!

    Issues i did have....
Too much air in the bags.
Had body sway when i rocked the steering wheel back and forth at speed.

    Solutions....
    Less air in bags
Heavier valved shocks or build a different shock tower(worse case)
Going to get another set of bump stops that are not cut. My hummer actually barely touches the front bump from the factory. The blazer bump stops I have are super squishy.

Hope to get a full day of work sunday and knock alot of stuff out

The next best thing is what we have - an enthusiastic neighbour with a plasma cutter!

Is that a rod end instead of a standard coupler to a 2" hitch ball? Is it for articulation off road?

That's a really old video and they have made several newer versions since than. They fixed the binding issue in the newer setups.

Finished up my wiring today. Got a safety on and off switch installed for the winch for stray signals. Rare it could happen but what the heck. Started working on the rear bumper. Super simple with ammo can storage.
Here are the bolt ammo cans locations. Had wanted them to open on top, but with the stabilizers and bumper brackets this is the only option. Will fix them to hinge downward.
Figuring I will run a spare tire off the back along with a high lift.
Planning on camping in the backyard tonight, of course 30-40 mph winds.
Oh my Merica knitted beer cozy!

After all you've done over and above the original pup shouldn't the body graphics read "SILVRZUKI77 with a little input from Starcraft"?

    Did a little more today.
Switched shocks out. Not to impressed think I will need to redo my shock mounts. Probably go almost 90 degree mount should help out. Going to test drive it first though.

Worked on my rear bumper setup. Ammo cans were welded and mounted
    [IMG]
Threw the spare tire on to get a feel. Hangs below the bumper but is still higher than everything else just looks weird.

Worked on my bumper, little plasma cutting and drilling.
Looks off center soo the hummer cap can fit straight.
Replaced my batter with a grp 29 deep cycle. Has 119 Ah same one I had in my teardrop. Also picked up a small impact just for the camper legs at harbor freight. Once I get my replacement bag not much left to do really.

Got to take the trailer out last weekend. Was my shake down first camping trip! Soo far performed flawless! Need to get OBA system and install a larger water tank for sure! Would like to get a big buddy heater versus using the built in furnace which is loud. Some pics

    Looks great!

Do you have your stabilizer jacks installed and can you put some pictures of them and how you have them setup? I am going to need to do something to my SOA popup, they needed to be replaces and are now too short. Looking for ideas. I do like the angled vs the strait up and down jacks.
