    Veal Marsala is incredibly delicious. It’s also incredibly easy to make. Start to finish, you can make this in about an hour. This recipe only requires bottom heat. You can make it over charcoal or on camp stove. You can also make it in a skillet, preferably cast iron, of course.

    Hmmm, I could do that. I'd have to go to the actual butcher to get veal cutlets though.

    If it was me, I would have removed the cutlets from the sauce, thrown the cooked linguini in the pot of sauce, tossed well, and then put the cutlets on top of that... but that's just me.
