Beaver Campground is located about 12 miles north of Carson WA. It's a small quiet family campground, consists of 24 sites, no hook ups, no showers, no cell service and vault toilets (there are two flush toilets at the beginning of the camp loop) The sites are spread out from each other which felt really nice. We were on site 20D, a double site (one of 3/4) We managed to get my pup (24ft when open) 2 tents & 3 cars on our site.
There is not much to do in this area except relax (that's fine by me!!) The wind River runs along side the campground, you can hear it but you can not see it from any sites. The kids enjoyed wading in the shallow part of the river, but it is not suited for swimming as it is snow-melt i.e...freezing!!
There is no where to dump grey water waste, host told me to throw in the bushes...cool! Would definitely return here again.
