    Hello,
We have a Coleman/Fleetwood and I had to replace the water heater. I thought while doing it, i would add a water heater bypass. All went good except I need to add a longer water line from the heater to the bypass. The flexable reinforced water line is 3/8 ID and I can't find this size anywhere. I need about 12" to 2 ft. of hose/line. Does anyone know where I can find a water line so that I can finish this project?
    thanks,
    Sonoma Camper

I know my local Home Depot carries various size hoses, some reinforced and some not. It is not not alway going to be under pressure so do you need the reinforced line?

Well since we all use a pressure regulator at the city water hook up,(these systems cant withstand city water pressure)so you better have one, homedepot does sell the line and fittings for camper its clear and braded.

I have looked at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. None have the 3/8" ID that I need. All that I have found is standard ID's such as 1/4", 1/2", 3/4" etc. probably will have to get it on line, but so far no results.

    McMaster Carr...

I've used them off and on for years... another source is Grainger but I prefer McMaster.

Any decent marine supply store will carry both pressurized and unpressurized hose in 3/8". West Marine and Boat US are just about everywhere, though be prepared for the $$$ when you go there.

Eureka, I have found it! I found a 3/8" ID reinforced hose at West Marine.
Thanks for all of your suggestions.
