Water not coming out of outdoor shower

Just opened up the PUP for the first time to de-winterize and get ready for a Memorial Day trip. Hooked her up to city water, and the sink, shoilet, and shoilet shower all worked (it's a HW PUP with fold up/down shower). Drained the anti-freeze no problem, though my sink faucet needs a new washer, a separate issue I think I can fix.

Turned on the outdoor shower to drain the anti-freeze in its lines, and no water came out. I'm guessing its guts got damaged over the winter. Perhaps not winterized properly by RV shop. But, before I levy those accusations, I'm wonder if there's a way I'm not seeing to turn water off/on to the outdoor shower entirely.

Not a huge issue for now since I doubt we'll be using the outdoor shower on our trip next weekend (too cold) but would like to fit it.

Thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

Thanks. Yep, that appears to be the problem. With the shower head off, the water flows out from the hot and the cold. I'm going to try to fool with the shower head today but figure it might be easier to just replace it.

I have several outdoor showerheads in the box of junked items (why can't I throw out old parts??). Depending on the model, you can remove a silvery screw that holds the plastic nozzle plate in place and see what's behind it.

I eventually end up replacing the whole thing once they develop serious leaks.
