And cannot wait to start camping!! Our family fell in love with the new 183's at the RV show...just not the price tag that came with it. We found this 2011 Roo 183 that was like new, and picked it up for half of new with a WDH. The only sad part, is now we have to sell the Palomino PUP that we spent last summer restoring. But it was a fun family project and allowed us to get into camping and figure out exactly what we wanted when we upgraded....just happened that we upgraded sooner then expected!!

    Out with the old...

We were all so excited after bringing it home last night, that we set it up in the driveway and ate a quick dinner in it :D Our first camping trip will be a long weekend over memorial day. Cant wait!!

Nice looking rig, congrats on the NTU [HY]!

May I suggest you put the make, model, year of your Tow Vehicle (TV) and your Pop Up (PUP) in your signature line. This way, when you have questions people will more easily be able to answer without asking the same question over and over again.

    Happy Camping!

That looks like a great hybrid and your family is beautiful! Enjoy those kiddos, they grow FAST (ours are now 11 and 13, seems like yesterday they were the size of yours!).

Congratulations ! Nice looking camper. You guys did a great job on your p'up, but I can certainly understand the desire for something hard sided. Looking forward to more pics out on your first trip with it. :)

Well, our first trip was a success! Forgot to update this thread though LOL Before we left, I added a new grill to the arsenal, and love it. Picked up a WeberQ 1200

I also installed a towel rack in the bathroom

Hope this OK to ask, but can you tell me what you paid for your Roo? I love the 183. We are looking at a Jayco 19H today priced at $13,500 (2012). Thx!
