Great pics!! Is that at Wekiva SP?? I grew up around the springs when it was just a swimming hole and a tube run!

One day tomorow to sanibel island. Then heading back east coast to sabastian inlet sp. (sun-mon) ressies. Then north up the coast again to orlando tues Daughter has to return home for school. Then heading to pa. Weds. Boy. It has been busy, a lot of driving. But spending time with dd well worth it. May mention ocala to dw. Who knows? Maybe a quickie

That's ironic as you were down here and heading back to PA whereas I was just up in PA and came back just before Christmas. Though I had a solo trip with the DW, MIL and DD's visiting family in NE while I was in PA...it worked for me.

We are heading to Wikiva sp this weekend for new years. What did you think of it? Anything we should do while there?

We will have our bikes, but I'm wondering if I should bring our canoe too....

Fl Bill. I thought the campground was great. Some folks were swimming in the springs. But i didnt, they rent canoes in two hour incriments where i was. But dont know where you can publically put in your own.

Spent the day in vero beach today doing the girlie thing (shopping) of course. It amazes me that even after traveling 1200 miles , the girls still go to the same stores we have 5 mies from home! Hoping to catch a veiw off the peir before heading up to new smyrna beach tomorow

Great pictures and sounds like fun. We contemplated FL for a week in January, but are choosing AZ instead to visit with old friends. Hopefully FL will be in the picture another year.

Well back in. Orlando today. It has been fun, 5 days on the road had it,s challenges. But well worth it. Rain decided to show up and the girls are getting burned out, so just hanging out one more night. Around school campus. Then im heading back home weds. To Pennslvania. Took a ride to downtown Orlando , checked out lake eola. And a puppy shelter. To get dried out, Planning my next trip here again soon
